Title: Finally....
Post by: Croe on April 28, 2008, 01:53:09 PM
Got to the range on Friday and put 50 rounds through my R9SE.  WOW what an experience.  I found that I was just as accurate out to 25 yds as with my G23.....very nice!  It took some adjustment to get the right "feel" for my grip, but shooting center mass groupings as well as head shot groups was a cinch.

I honestly could not believe how accurate this pocket cannon was.  Now I just need to find a range around here that will let me draw fire and really learn the pocket draw.  I am used to IWB, and may opt for that with the R9 as well.

I have to say that out of 1911's, Glocks, Sigs, H&Ks and Walthers.....this is the most impressive pistol I have ever owned out of the box.  Almost all others, except the G23, have required some getting used to, whether it be safety, grip, sight or other.

It performed flawlessly.  Take down was a cinch, re-assembly took a bit longer, but now that I have done it a couple times I am good to go.
