This is my newest addition. Dealer owed me a favor and gave me a deal, the black carbon fibers were free from a previous gun flip. This gun looks different depending on the lighting. First four pics are without flash, next four with.

SIGQUICK:
Welcome and congratulations! That one is a classic.
-
A stunning finish, without a doubt.
-
Mind telling us what you paid for this awesome R9? ;D
-
Looks great!
Sounds like a sweet deal.

This string is comical for me. I have been relying on existing strings for my posts (received on Outlook) and have overlooked new posts.
Therefore, I was unaware of this string and just read the Irish Guard's post as to what I would think when I saw this post; never realizing that by the time I caught up with it, I would be enroute to buying it from segquick.
What I don't get is that segquick boasted about it and then quickly went about selling it(!?) Hey, I'll take it, but I'm just saying.
-
I think he was still proud of it; he just saw a way to make some quick dollars. And you're right; your gain.
-
Thank you, and apologies to Jeff. His handle is Sigquick, not Segquick.

I was impressed by the way the carbon fibers brought it to life and wanted to share the pics, but over the weekend I realized it was too nice to carry or shoot, and I already have a safe of guns that rarely get shot. I've been flipping Rohrbaughs for the last couple months and I am very content with my first Stealth and will keep it as I continue sell. This is win deal for both ACP and myself, and I'm sure he won't mind putting that first round through her. It's definitley one of a kind!
-
ACP:
It would appear that congratulations are in order. I hope you come to value that early classic as much as I value "132". 8)

Thank you Sigquick and Richard. Concur with comments and I am grateful for your goodwill as to my Robar R9.
This is a crazy story with a happy ending. I obsessed over the one tone, did not want to go to Robar with my two tone, ordered a Robar R9 the day before I discovered Sigquick's classified post at 3:30AM in the morning and Sigquick is (today) in possession of the $1885.00 postal money orders I sent Express Mail yesterday.
Timing is everything and this appears to have been my turn. Now what do I do? I mean, I will have nothing to complain about when I get the perfect R9! Maybe tracker was right.

This is the thread on the CF's of ACP's Robar. Looks like Sigquick installed the grips; not saying anything is wrong with that.
-
I did not say nor did I mean to imply that ACP bought the grips
separately, only that they were not fitted on that gun at the
factory. That is a fine point and they should work well on his
gun. I am very empathetic with his situation and am optimistic
for a good, happy, glad resolution.
-
I am too. Hopefully, the shooting time will resolve the problem, and eliminate it for good.
