After the pup returned home from it's grooming as I posted I fired 64 rounds through it, well the thing I forgot about was the grip screws came loose but I had the G-10 grips on because thats what I sent it to Robar with. So after my firing session I cleaned the pup and put my CF grips back on (with loctite) and forgot about the G-10s. Last week I was moving some things around and picked up the G-10s and noticed the pin holes were elongated, so I called Maria and she said to send them in. Today Karl called me to say he had received the grips and was sorry about what happened and they were sending a new set out today. All I can say is WOW, that is the finest customer service I have ever received. I also inquired about the .45acp Rohrbaugh, and Karl said they were working on it but as a five man shop if he spends too much time on that the work force suffers, and that R&D is very pricey. So we have something to look forward to, an R45s, maybe.

John. Good that your new grips are coming and good to hear about the .45.

John:
You have just experienced an example of what I believe to be the finest customer service in the industry. That hands-on approach to business and the superb engineering and quality of the Rohrbaugh pistols bode well for the future of this extraordinary company.

Richard, I agree, I have delt with Ruger, S&W and Colt in the last 2yrs.(Two were recalls the other was warrenty work) Although all were good they did not come close to the Rohrbaugh level of CS.
