That's all. Always regretted selling my (early model) R9S a few years ago, and finally decided I've been long enough without and ordered a R9S Stealth! Will be here Friday. I need to order a holster ASAP. I'm pretty excited ;D.
-
sharp. Congratulations on ordering the R9 Stealth. You have a right to be excited. Several holster makers on the Forum, as you probably know. Enjoy the Stealth.
-
Welcome back! Congratulations on your new Stealth. I would hazard a guess that everyone in this forum understands your excitement. ;)
Let us know how your "re-acquaintment" session with it goes.
-
Sharp,
welcome back and good choice with the Stealth. Look forward to a range report.

Sharp, how were you able to obtain a Stealth that quickly?
-
Googled, called around, etc. until I found a dealer with one in stock. Same thing when I bought my first R9s back in 04 when they were brand new and REALLY hard to come by. Actually that time I called and asked Maria for names of dealers they had recently shipped to and then I started calling them. Bought and paid for that day and received the next day, just like that. When it comes to gun purchases, I usually am very impatient and don't like to order and wait. I like to go and buy off the shelf, or order and receive the next day. If you're looking for a Stealth, they're out there. This one I found on GUNSAMERICA.COM which this will be the first time for me using them and we'll see how it goes. Have used GB extensively in the past, always with good results.

I ordered one from Tom last week. I was just wondering how a Stealth was obtained so fast.

Tom has some coming in within the next week or two.

And Sharp, welcome back to you.

I bought a new Stealth Sunday nignt. Found it on GunsAmerica. Arego had them in stock at a great price.
I talked with Terry on Monday to confirm the purchase and he said that they had 10 in stock last week and after I bought mine was down to 3. They also have some regular R9 S's.
I also bought my Deer Park from them four or five years ago. Maria steered me to them.
My dealer has my Stealth now, but I won't be able to pick it up until the weekend.

Welcome back and congrats on the Rohr 8)

Sharp, welcome back from me as well. Sorry I couldn't scratch that itch...still a 1-2 weeks out. Tom

Just picked it up today! Looks awesome...quality is as I had remembered. Only flaw I can see, is one of the grip screws the hex looks rounded. Didn't somebody on here find some better quality screws that fit these? Also, anybody got a good pocket holster they want to sell me? I know where I can order from, but I don't really want to wait.

Oh, just wanted to also say I REALLY like the Stealth model, as opposed to the standard R9! Also, I like the new grips. Are they G10 or some kind of micarta? I like them better than the blue CF that my first R9 came with!
-
sharp. Glad you like your new Stealth. The grips would be G-10. Enjoy the little wonder!
-
sharp,
Welcome back to the fold!!
The pup has a certain pull doesn't it my friend!! ;)
