Title: Forum Time

FYI -- since we have an auction ending on Sunday -- the forum time is EST DST.  I noticed it was not reflecting DST, so I have made the change.  Forum time should now be correct.

Appears to be an hour fast. :o Everything I own show 11:15 right now.

somehow the time setting in my profile was at 1, it was always at 0 before  :o adjusted it and good to go now. :D
