That is unbelievable!!  As a LEO...we have to get sprayed in order to carry OC.  There was talk a long time ago that they wanted us to experience what it would be like to have someone shoot at us under closed and secured cover.  Needless to say that never materialized due to the liability involved.

On a "stupidity scale" I would give that a perfect 10.

I would also award the female shooter a similar score but for different reasons.
