Title: member classifications / titles
Post by: JEFFPENE on March 02, 2014, 05:51:08 PM
Hello Friends,
I have a quick question about the membership status.
I was scrolling the membership list and notice that there are member with multiple years that are still classified as "new member"
What does it take to have a different title?
Thanks
Jeff

Welcome, Jeff; I think it is number of posts. It appears that it takes around 50 posts to advance from new member to sharpshooter.

OH, well that explains why I saw many new
members  with all those years and still listed as "new member"
That makes total sense to me now.
Tracker,thanks for your helpful reply

With a few exceptions for people who have earned special designations, most are based strictly on post count.

Jeff,

The first "New member" on your posts will change after more posts.
The 2ed "New member" on your posts,  I think can be changed by you the user.
If you figure it out please let me know how.

Bob

Member group designations are based on post count:

0-49        New member
50-99      Sharpshooter
100-249  Expert
250-499  Master
500+      Grand Master
