Just finished my own extension from a Pearce extra( don't remember where this fits) after some mods. Have to shoot to see if it works but so far cycles and ejects fine!

I did the same mod to my Rohrbaugh 4 years ago. I love it.  Makes shooting a lot more comfortable.  I used belt sander on mine to get the perfect feel for me.

The Pearce grip etension for PM9's and Colt Pocket Nines fits the R9.  The only trouble I had is the heel type magazine retainer and the plastic extension did not look like a good mix to me.

I also own a Boberg XRS9 and working on fitting the mag grip plate. I have an extra red colored one and seems to fit well after some serious mods. It does not fit a 3 finger grip but got enough to hold it down.Seems to fit well but need to shoot it to be sure.mismatch color but will work on a black one soon.
