Title: The Tactile Feel and Balance of the R9

Now that my wife is on home health care after five months in hospital, I have had some time to check in on the Forum. I noticed the following comment in another thread by our member, Tracker:

"The R9 has a tactile feel and balance that is quite unique and unmatched, in my opinion."

And in my opinion as well, that is so very true.

I personally missed your passionate and colorful reviews of the famed R9.

 That being said, wise of you to focus your attention where it matters most. Glad your wife is home sir.

Richard, it is good to see you back on the forum.  Once you and Joyce get back to Critter Creek, will we get to see pics of some of those beautiful pistols again?

And John, when I finally get Joyce home to Critter Creek from home health care here at our daughter's house in Franklin (a place we have dubbed, "The Lord Have Mercy Hospital and Hotel") one of the first things I shall do is to open my gun safe that has been closed and waiting for the past six months. Going through the safe's contents will be much like an early Christmas for me. When I left East Tennessee to bring Joyce to Nashville by air ambulance I locked my entire arsenal in the safe except for the R9. And since hospitals in Tennessee are almost all posted as "gun-free zones," the R9 has spent most of the time since March 6 locked in the console safe of our CTS. For several weeks I felt as if I were walking "lopsided" without the R9 in my strong-side pocket. It's good to have it back now where it belongs.
