Other Guns / Re: A Classic Remington 51 in 32 ACP

To be honest, I only shot it one time.  I bought it when the rebates were on and it was $209 if I remember right.

They are OK but other than the really strange action type, they are not a very interesting gun.  I would not recommend it.

Nice looking guns. Always loved the looks of the R51, but was afraid to purchase one. What has your experience been with it?

Another gun that has been on my list for awhile.  A model 51 in 32 ACP and all original.

These are really an elegant styled firearm designed Pre-WWI.

The last photo is the 51 along with the R51 in 9mm +P.

Kudos to our magnificent WWII forefathers; at this point just a great generation would be most welcome.

Ole' 132 looks as nice today as when we built it all those years ago. Part of that, I'm sure, is the fact that Mr. Spradlin has taken good stewardship of this pistol. I am honored that you still have it Richard. I truly hope everything is well by you today good Sir.

We need to hold conversation soon. . . . . . . . . Be well my friend.

Regards,

Eric R
