The Pup And The Son
« on: February 04, 2011, 02:24:29 AM »
My youngest son is a City of Policeman. He laughed at my new to me, Rohrbaugh. Today we went to shoot today had a great time.  I decided to shoot my little pocket pistol a little and he had a blast.
He is now on the market for one  ;D
What a way to spend a day with one of the kids.

Great story RB; I can relate to that!

You know I bought a pup for what it is - lots of firepower in a very small package - and I readily embraced the mantra "It's a gun you shoot a little and carry a lot".

The plain fact of the matter is that now that I own one I love shooting it and for me it's more likely a gun I'll "shoot quite a bit and carry quite a bit". My EDC is an H&K P2000SK and I love that gun, carry it a lot, and shoot it a lot - the pup gets the call when I want something a little smaller and lighter or when my wardrobe for that day requires it. But every range session I hear the pup whispering in my ear "Take me - take me too".

SWEET!

I own the pup and it looks like I am going to have to find the son, it appears that I am in the market. :)

RB.  Great that you had quality time with the son and the R9.  Continue to enjoy.
