Cops are a major hazard if you have a gun. But, look at Dorner (Cal-nut-cop manhunt) .... there were two Mexican cleaning ladies, with brooms, that got their pickup riddled with M-16s. If you get stopped on a dark round and pick up a shiny cellphone, you will get plugged.
Logic would have it that a ghetto-banger with a 22 is the most dangerous to a Chicago cop.
