New R-9S; there's another in stock

I just bought an R-9S so I thought it would be a good time to join this forum which I've enjoyed reading for awhile now.

I haven't shot it yet (waiting for some Super-lube) so I have little to report except that it feels great.

I've noticed in other posts that some people are waiting a long time for delivery.  I bought mine from Forrest and Field in Norwalk CT (promised delivery in a week and delivered in 5 days) and I know they have another in stock at least as of yesterday.  A very good place to deal with.

I'll let you all know how it shoots and thanks for all the technical advice I've gotten here already.

Hi Bugsy,

Welcome aboard.  Let us know how it shoots.  Maybe someone will be able to take advantage of your info on the extra R9.
