well, all have probably seen my complaints about my r9s and its failure to feed...not much improvement so far, BUT..I am happy to report I spoke to a person at Rohrbaugh about it today and was pleased! The young lady was polite, understanding and knowledgable...(although as a southerner I can say she did speak with a nearly unintelligible accent, I think maybe she has been outsourced to India?) So, hope springs again in my chest! The young lady advised me to pack it all up with a note as to my problem, what it did do well and what it did not and ship it back...I am going to make one more range trip and verify everything and if still unhappy I am sending it to the lady. Will advise. (Riff-Raff, call her, she sounds kind of cute.)
