Weight difference
« on: January 23, 2007, 05:09:30 PM »
Has anyone measured to see what the weight difference is between the carbon fiber and the G10 grips?
I just purchased a new R9 with the G10 grips after selling my older one with Carbon Fiber several months ago.  I realized I had made a mistake.  This newer one seems a little heavier but it could all be in my mind.

Sure doesn't seem like it would be a noticeable amount.  Thanks for the info.

Yea, it really doesn't. I wonder if there's something else mechanically about the gun that would make it noticeably heavier now.

Heavier is good, if it adds to durability.
