After my last surgery the Doctor was giving me some post operation advice. One thing he stressed was to use Dial soap only. All soap cleans, a few have antibacterial properties, but Dial is the best. He suggested using Dial exclusively through the house. 

If this tip prevents just one members getting a infection, it is a good day. ;D ;D ;D ;D
