According to some blogs today, they just got approved for import.

Your new addition is coming soon.

Post up some pictures on that lucky day.

That article was about the announcement that I posted.

I have heard nothing from the importer about any shipping dates or estimated arrival times.  I am assuming a month or more.

Good news, the Aliens are being shipped today or yesterday from Europe and should hit the U.S. shore on the 14th.

I hate shipping guns during the Christmas rush and it always seems like I hit it.  I think I will wait until after the 1st, at least until after Christmas.

The Aliens finally got to the Importer's shop yesterday.

I guess they started shipping to customers today.  They are contacting all the customers to get billing addresses and FFL info now,  I have not heard from them yet.  They said they took a lot of reservations at the SHOT Show and I was several weeks after that.

I hope it is worth the wait.

I think that it will be worth the wait if they come close to delivering what they promise. With a limited number of 500 the resale value could be substantial.

The only one that I have seen for sale was a NIB European Model which was not as nice a package as these and it brought $8600 on GB about a year ago.

I can't even get an answer out of Lancer about what is going on but I see they are out.

It'll be interesting to see if the no-reserve-low-starting price guy gets a decent price.

Pretty sure if the other one sells, the seller is covered.

Anybody worried that only a small number of these will ever make it over here due to potential changes by the incoming administration?

Pulling for you MRC, hopefully it will be soon for ya'.

My concern about the incoming gun control agenda extends well beyond the Alien.

There has been about 10 of these guns on GB so far and the importer does not answer the phone and will not return emails.

I sent them my Dealer info and Credit Card info on Jan 1st.  Two guys over at S&W have received theirs and were posting about it so I got in touch with them.  They both had trouble also and the one guy sent me the Sales Manager's email.  He had to go through him to get his shipped.

Anyway I emailed the Sales Manager last night and I received an email back within 15 minutes telling me it will ship the next day.  I told him to ship it Monday instead and he apologized and said it will go out.

They have had the guns for a month now, what would take this long?

The shipping got held up by a blizzard here so I picked up the Alien yesterday.  It is a very nice pistol and comes in a quality Pelican type hard case.  It came with three magazines and I purchased two more.  It also came with tools, cleaning materials and oil, both red dot and fiber optic sites, and a competition type holster.

It holds 17+1 of 9mm.  I was worried about the trigger but it is way better than I had thought.

Larry Vickers can tell you more about it better than I can.

That is a beautiful piece and package; also a great investment before the hammer comes down on gun control.

Two sold Monday night on GB.

One went for $10,300 and the other went for $12,075.

There are 5 new ones on GB now and 1 used.

Mighty fine piece of equipment you have there MRC.

Eagerly awaiting a range report.  Hopefully you will be as giddy as Larry Vickers was in that video.
