Pale Horse Leather

Anybody have any idea on how long it takes to get a pocket holster for an R9 from Pale Horse Leather??

I only ask because I ordered/paid for a holster on 04/04/07 and despite several email inquiries, I have received no updates, comments, or even a "sorry".

Their holsters are beautiful but you will have to wait a looong time to get it!  If you're looking for communication from them...forget it!  They don't answer emails, either!

I bought a Mahogany Back Pocket holster off their In Stock page and ordered 2 single mag carriers. Trouble was, I goofed and overpaid. We traded e-mails and I elected to wait for him to make a double mag carrier to go with my holster and single mag carrier. Got it all in about 2 weeks or so.

Great products and service.

Howdy Duncan223 -  I ordered my Graham holster back in the first week in Dec 06 and just received it a few weeks ago; I'd say that makes it about 10 months waiting time.

And as others have said, I too inquired about the status of my order and never heard a thing.

Well, I received my holster today!!!

I like the detachable back panel because it makes the holster just that much thinner.

Very cool Duncan...A back pocket holster that converts into a front
pocket holster. 2 in 1. Thats a great holster. Congratulations.

I have several Ron Graham pocket holsters.  All are first rate.
With that said, Palehorse does him absolutely no service.  I don't know what his relationship is with Palehorse, but if he were smart he would end it damn quick.  I started a previous thread about this same subject.  I sent an e-mail a couple of weeks ago to Palehorse to see if they had anything in stock for another pocket pistol and never heard squat.  This is the routine you face with Palehorse.

Crap, I might as well be e-mailing to an actual horse.  Mr. Ed could do a better job with their customer service.  Love the holsters; won't order again due to no customer service.

It is about supply and demand, isn't it? They probably have
no interest or ability to communicate with customers as long
as the orders keep coming into their shop.

I would never deal with somebody more than once who is
incommunicado.

I have over 50 products made by Ron, as far as I'm concerned, he is the King of pocketgun hoster makers.

How much are they? Do they charge your credit card ASAP?

Mine, too, when I ordered from them.  Which is interesting, as I've always understood that it was illegal for a retail vendor to charge for an item until it actually ships.

It is not illegal to charge before the items ship, but many reputable companies have a policy to run the charge just before shipping.

Some of you may have followed threads elsewhere about a holster maker (absolutely NO connection to Graham or Pale Horse!) who charged cards when the order was made, had extremely long wait times, and then filed for bankruptcy.  When that happens, you are nothing but an unsecured creditor in line to get your money back.
