As for the landing pattern procedure for the T-34A, those
of us who couldn't remember the full text just shortened
it to: Flop; Chop; Prop; 110, Drop. What does all of this
Navy Primary stuff have do do with guns? On the other hand,
as a Navy Pilot, I was always a little frustrated at not
having any handguns issued to me except for that rude
.38 special; well, not that frustrated.

Michigunner:

My little wife is also an antique collector who was not partucularly fond of firearms when I met her.  She started changing her mind when I gave her my Seecamp .32 equipped with a set of old ivory grips which cost almost as much as the gun itself.  (The things we do . . . .)

Hi tracker.  I was trying to remember the "emergency" procedure.  It's been quite a while.  I figured that was the one best thing to memorize.

I just had cataract surgery, so all we can do is read the Flying magazine which came today.  That doesn't cost as much as an airplane.

Richard_S, I've tried several tricks to get my wife interested in the hobby, but she just will not go for it.

I'm glad to see you are having some success.

Yes, I am waiting my turn, only my beastie will be the R9.

I have a feeling those wee sights probably won't justify the *additional weight*. ;D

I have been told- twice- mine, like all, will take five (5) months to build and till then, I'll just have to make-do with my G-36, S&W T-snubby, and the G-27.

Oh, well.  8)
