The people at the factory are very nice and user friendly.If you can't figure out the problem send the gun back and charge it off as an expense toward your own mental health.
All very true. Of course, the other way to look at this is that Rohrbaugh has very limited staff. If sending out a set of magazine springs prevents the pistol from having to be shipped to the factory, logged in, evaluated and shipped out, all under warrenty, well then lots more is saved than the cost of the springs. Both customer and company are saved time and money.
Personally, I would prefer to see them spending time on R&D and production but, as you said, that's someone else's business decision.
