Pics of one of my other pups

Had the camera out and some great natural light today, taking pics for upcoming articles.  Decided to snap a few new pics of my R-9S Elite -- the second one ever produced.

It is pictured in a K&D Holsters Pocket Defender with stingray trim.  The grips are a "one off" by Kevin as well.

This gun will soon find its home in a new presentation box!

Did any of the Elite's come from the factory with the checkered Aluminum grips like this one on Gunbroker now?



I have not seen one like that from the factory.  It's listed as Factory New but the green tag on the gun says consignment.  Wonder if the last owner put the grips on it?  Pricew is crazy but it's still a great looking gun.

It's a "regrip",and being a consignment,who knows where it's been!! ;)
What I can't remember is what the retail price was on these gems-along with the special forces model too?
