WTB: Mag Extension & Takedown Tools

Recently purchased my first Rohrbaugh for use as my off duty carry. I know it is a long shot, but I would really like to find a magazine extension. Also looking for one of the takedown tools...
Something like the ones in the attached picture.

Moe makes nice Mag extensions but not the hooked variety.
