Preston - like you, I carry the pup in my right front pocket in a custom pocket holster. Mag in left pocket in custom mag holster as well.
Don't want to scratch pup, or more importantly, don't want keys or knife to get in way of draw or function of gun at moment of most importantance.
I clip my Spyderco in my waistband just above my right pocket. You will be surprised how quick and easy it is to draw. And it is completely concealed as well. Why tell everyone you are carrying a tactical knife by clipping it in your pocket ? - -- that exposed clip screams tactical knife!
As far as the keys - I tuck them in my waistband as well, just to the left of my knife. The key fob is long enough to hold all the keys secure. Or now, with the new car/truck keys being so long and big with the "clicker" included, you can just tuck that key and it will hold your whole set of keys.
My cell phone is on a holster on my right hip. My second cell phone is in my shirt pocket.
My wallet is in my right back pocket.
My left back pocket is open for whatever.
I carry everything comfortable, I can "draw" my keys, knife, cell, gun, mag, or wallet fast.
Nothing gets in the way of the other.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
And by the way, that is just back up, I carry a custom Scott McDougall and Associates /Robar 1911 behind my right hip and spare mag behind my left hip.
Good Luck
